Mr. Bromley received a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University, in 1985.

In 1988, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

His practice is dedicated to Estate Planning and Probate issues. He has fifteen  years experience in both Estate Planning and Probates, and has had his own practice since 1997.

He is a member of many legal insurance attorney panels, including ARAG, Hyatt Legal Services, Signature Legal Care, Caldwell Legal, Pre-paid Legal, and Union Privilege Legal.

He has lectured throughout the Bay Area for such institutions as Home Savings, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, AT&T, Pacific Bell, and Chevron.  He has designed hundreds of estate plans from the simplest of estates to the most complex.  He prides himself on making the difficult issues of Estate Planning understandable.

He has offices in both Walnut Creek and Palo Alto.
